Although this article is regarding Island Park, every Idahoan throughout the state will be affected by the same agenda.

It must be time to transform Island Park into something else using “action plans”. The question is, what needs to be transformed? What in Island Park needs fixing? The Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) has been working tirelessly for 10 years, inspecting Island Park with partnering “experts”, creating a list of “problems” they deem necessary to fix, and then creating a plan to fix those problems “they” identified!

Farm Bureau Applauds New Federal Law to Restore Local Control of Federal Lands

“Land management decisions governing federal lands are best left to state and local officials and other stakeholders. We are pleased that Congress passed and President Trump signed a law to overturn the flawed ‘Planning 2.0’ rule issued by the Bureau of Land Management. The new law places management decisions back in local hands, where they belong.

Feds to consider increasing royalty rates collected from productive use of federal lands

The federal government’s interior department is replacing an Obama-era initiative to review and overhaul the federal coal leasing program with a new panel of up to 28 members who will give Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke recommendations on adjusting royalty rates for coal, oil, and gas.

Reuters reports:

The U.S. Interior Department said on Wednesday that it would form a new committee to review royalty rates collected from oil and gas drilling, coal mining and renewable energy production on federal lands to ensure taxpayers receive their full value.

America’s march toward destruction will continue as long as programs are still being implemented that destroy us. For Idaho, not only is there the Columbia River Treaty re-negotiations that will take control of all water resources, there is also another major land takeover.

There are a multitude of Idaho non-profits and United Nations (UN) non-governmental organizations (NGO) that are aggressively pursuing connectivity projects.

Ken Andrus: Transfer of federal land to state control

Presently in Idaho there is great concern and public demonstration against federal lands coming under state control. The objections are reasonable. Let’s discuss the issue.

In 2015 Boise State University conducted a state survey in which 56.3 percent of Idahoans favored state management over federal management if it didn’t cost taxpayer dollars.

The objections I continually encountered while in the Legislature and from people across the state were basically these: 1- It would cost Idaho too much to fight a major fire.
